Packages for 8-10 people begin at $500 with a whopping 7oz portion of American Hackleback Caviar served in it’s own glass serving urn with mother of pearl spoons.

Caviar service is for parties of all sizes. I am happy to recommend serving sizes per person depending on your style and size of party.

Absolutely! Just because they’re not part of the main service, doesn’t mean I don’t make excellent blini, too! As a full-service chef, I am happy to create new dishes based around your caviar selections or even work service into a full dinner. Let’s talk about it!
